01 Who we are
In shortOne person, one printer, a real Chamber of Commerce number.
You can reach us at hallo@3dprints2go.nl or through the contact form.
02 When these terms apply
In shortWith every offer, every quote and every order.
These terms apply to every offer, every quote and every order through 3dprints2go.nl. By ordering you accept them. If we deviate from these terms, we do so in writing, for example in a quote.
03 The offer
In shortWhat you see is what we print. With the small differences of 3D printing.
Every product shows its size, material, the colours you can pick and the lead time. The photos and the 3D preview show as well as they can what you get. Small differences in shade or layers are part of 3D printing.
An offer is valid as long as the product is in the shop. Obvious mistakes, like a sword for € 0.89, do not bind us.
04 Prices
In shortEverything incl. 21% VAT. Shipping is listed separately.
All prices are in euros and include 21% Dutch VAT. You see the shipping costs in your basket before you pay.
A price for your own STL is an indication first. You get the real price in a quote.
05 Ordering and paying
In shortYou pay 100% up front. Only then does the printer start.
- You pay the full amount up front, with iDEAL, credit card or Bancontact, through our payment provider Mollie.
- The contract is made as soon as your payment is in. You get a confirmation and an invoice by e-mail.
- Not paid after 24 hours? Then the order lapses by itself. Nothing is charged.
06 Your own STL, wishes and quotes
In shortYour model, your responsibility. Our price, valid for 7 days.
If you send your own file or pick wishes for a showpiece, we make a quote. A quote is valid for 7 days, unless it states another date. You only pay once you accept the quote. Has it expired? Then you can ask for a new price with one click.
If you send your own model, you guarantee that you have the right to have it printed: it is yours, or its maker allows it. If a model infringes the rights of others, you are responsible for that. We do not print models that infringe rights or imitate real weapons.
07 Delivery and lead time
In shortThe lead time is a range. Picking up is fine, by appointment.
Every product, your basket and your confirmation show the lead time as a range, for example 3–5 working days of printing plus 1–2 days of shipping. That is an expectation, not a hard deadline. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your payment, you may cancel the order free of charge and get your money back.
We ship with PostNL or DHL. The risk passes to you once the parcel has been delivered to you.
08 Returns and withdrawal
In shortMade to measure, so no cooling-off period. Broken? Then we sort it out.
We only make a print after you order it, in the colours and options you choose. That is a product made to your specifications. The right of withdrawal does not apply to it (art. 6:230p (f) Dutch Civil Code). So you cannot send an order back without a reason.
This does not affect your rights if something is faulty. See the article below and the returns rules.
09 Guarantee and complaints
In shortThe legal guarantee always applies. Mail a photo, we fix it.
Your print must do what you may reasonably expect of it. That is the legal guarantee (conformity), and it always applies.
- Arrived broken, or not what you ordered? Report it as soon as possible, and in any case within 2 months of finding out. Mail a photo and your order number to hallo@3dprints2go.nl or use the contact form.
- We answer within [5] working days. Together we choose: print it again, repair it or give your money back. With money back you get a credit note.
- Small differences are part of 3D printing: visible layers, a slightly different shade, small seams. That is not a defect.
10 Liability
In shortThese are props. Not for fighting. Really.
Our prints are decoration and cosplay props. They are not made to hit, stab or throw with, and they are not toys for children under [14]. We do not pay for damage from that kind of use.
Our liability is limited to the amount of your order, except in case of intent or gross negligence. Your legal rights as a consumer still apply.
11 Privacy
In shortWe only use your details for your order and to answer you.
How we handle your details is in the privacy statement. In short: we sell nothing to nobody.
12 Disputes and law
In shortTalk to us first. After that, Dutch law.
Dutch law applies to these terms and to every order. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the law of your country.
Can't work it out with us? Then you can take your complaint to the competent court.
