01 Who is responsible

In shortOne point of contact: us.

[COMPANY NAME], trading as 3DPrints2Go, [ADDRESS], [POSTCODE] [CITY], the Netherlands, KvK [KVK-NUMMER], is responsible for your details (the controller under the GDPR).

02 Which details

In shortOnly what we need to print, deliver and answer.

  • Name and address: to deliver and for the invoice.
  • E-mail address: for the confirmation, the invoice, the status of your order and quotes.
  • Phone number, if you fill it in: only when the carrier or we really need to reach you.
  • Your order: products, colours, wishes, amounts and the payment status. We do not see your bank details; they stay with Mollie.
  • STL files you upload, with the measurement we make of them.
  • Contact messages: what you send through the contact form, with your name, e-mail address and order number if you add one.

We build no profiles and use no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics. Your basket lives only in your own browser.

03 What we use them for

In shortOrder, invoice, contact. Nothing else.

  • Carrying out your order: printing, shipping or getting it ready for pick-up, and keeping you posted. Legal basis: the contract with you.
  • Making and keeping the invoice. Legal basis: our legal obligation (tax records).
  • Contact: answering your question or complaint. Legal basis: the contract, or our legitimate interest in helping you.

We send no newsletter and we sell nothing to nobody.

04 How long we keep them

In shortInvoices 7 years. Everything else until you ask us to delete it.

  • Invoices (with name, address and amounts) are kept for 7 years. Dutch tax law requires it.
  • All other details (your order, STL files, contact messages) are kept until you ask us to delete them.
  • Nothing is deleted automatically. Want us to delete something? Mail us; we do it by hand and let you know when it is gone. What we must keep for 7 years for the tax office, we keep as long as needed.

05 Who we share them with

In shortOnly with those we need to deliver.

We work with these parties (processors). They only get what they need for their task:

  • Mollie (payments): your name, the amount and the payment. Mollie handles your payment details itself.
  • [MAIL SERVICE] (e-mail): your e-mail address and the mails we send you.
  • Strato (hosting): the server the shop and the database run on, in the EU.
  • The carriers, PostNL and DHL: your name, address and phone number if given, to deliver the parcel.

There is (or will be) a data processing agreement with every processor. Your details stay in the EU, unless a processor says otherwise; then it is listed here.

06 Your rights

In shortSee, correct, delete. Just send a mail.

You may always ask us for:

  • access: which details we have about you;
  • correction of what is wrong;
  • deletion of your details (except what we must keep by law);
  • restriction of or objection to processing;
  • portability: your details in a common file format.

Mail hallo@3dprints2go.nl. We answer within a month, usually much sooner. Not happy with how we handle your details? You may file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

07 Security

In shortA lock on the door.

The shop only runs over https. The back-office is behind a password with a limit on login attempts. STL files and invoices are in shielded storage, not public on the internet. Backups are encrypted.
