01 No returns: everything is made to measure
In shortMade for your order, so no cooling-off period.
We print nothing for stock. We only make a print once you order it, in the colours, material and options you choose. Your own STL or a showpiece with wishes is made entirely to your specification.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer's specifications (art. 6:230p (f) Dutch Civil Code). So you cannot send an order back without a reason or cancel it within 14 days.
Not sure about a size or colour? Ask us before you order. That saves a disappointment.
02 The legal guarantee stays
In shortBroken, faulty or not what you ordered? Then we sort it out.
No cooling-off period does not affect your rights when something is wrong. Your print must do what you may reasonably expect of it. That is the legal guarantee (conformity, art. 7:17 Dutch Civil Code), and it always applies.
Did your print arrive broken, is it faulty, or is it not what you ordered? Then we choose a solution together:
- print it again (replacement);
- repair it;
- or your money back, in full or in part. You then get a credit note.
We pay the cost of sending back a faulty print.
03 What is not a defect
In short3D printing has its own handwriting.
Small differences are part of 3D printing and are not a defect: visible layers, a shade slightly different from your screen, small seams where parts meet.
Damage from use a print is not made for (fighting, hitting, throwing) is not covered by the guarantee. These are props.
04 How to report a complaint
In shortPhoto, order number, done.
- Mail hallo@3dprints2go.nl or use the contact form.
- Add your order number (something like 3P-2026-000042, it is in your confirmation mail).
- Send a photo of the problem, and of the packaging if it arrived broken.
Report it as soon as possible, and in any case within 2 months of finding out. You get an answer with a proposal within [5] working days.
Don't throw a broken print away yet: sometimes we ask for it back to see what went wrong.
05 Can't work it out with us?
In shortTogether first. Then the court.
We prefer to solve it together. If that fails, you can take your complaint to the competent court. Dutch law applies to every order. See also the terms and conditions.
